As a holistic nutritionist, I work by guiding each of my
clients towards a realization of their
best approach to balance and wellness through nutrition. I understand nutrition
to be foundational to health and an important element of any approach to healing
and wellness. Holistic nutritionists understand that symptoms are messages
sent by the body in response to a deeper imbalance. By identifying and addressing
the root cause of a symptom rather than simply focusing on the symptom itself, a
deeper level of healing becomes possible.
In holistic nutrition, the focus is on quality over quantity. There is a tendency to complicate food and eating by applying complex sets of rules and guidelines to this daily necessity. My simple rule is to eat REAL FOOD! That’s it, that’s all. My approach to nutrition is to help my clients transfer their eating habits and taste preferences to a diet that prioritizes REAL FOOD. This approach makes for an easy and effective transition that doesn’t rely purely on willpower and discipline. Conveniently located at 17th and Main, I operate my practice out of Klinik Health Collective. Klinik is a collective of practitioners who understand the importance of integrated medicine. We believe that different approaches to health and wellbeing offer our clients the best potential to achieve their wellness goal. The practitioners at Klinik encourage cross referrals to ensure the needs and health demands of each client are effectively met. |
